I am not a big fan of alcohol and alcoholic drinks in general. But regarding the fact that summer is here and everyone keeps sipping at their cocktails, a lot of my friends started asking me what is the best drink to drink, in order to not gain weight!? Take a look at my list of 10 highest and 10 lowest calories drinks to see what to go for.
I know its Saturday night, but try not to drink too much alcohol anyway.. 🙂 x
